A magical weekend

It's hard to put into words what we've just experienced, the emotion is still so intense... The 20, 21 and 22 June 2025 will forever remain among the most beautiful days of our lives. We had the immense privilege of being the very first couple to celebrate our union at Château de la Jarthe... And what an inauguration it was!

Everything was absolutely perfect, beyond anything we could have imagined. The venue is a real jewel, designed with taste and refinement. The wing of the château at our disposal is breathtakingly beautiful. The accommodation available for our loved ones on the estate is worthy of a 5-star hotel, decorated with care and elegance.

Vanessa (the owner) has a real gift for decorating. The gîte, called La Madrague, is a little family jewel. The brazier evening on Friday kicked off this dream weekend in a convivial atmosphere, with refined dishes. The summer bar by the pool was the meeting place for our guests who slept on site.

It was the perfect way to start the festivities. Our secular ceremony took place in a magical location in the middle of the forest, specially set aside for the occasion. A natural setting, intimate and protected, a little sheltered from the sweltering heat of the weekend (it was 37°C!), yet soothingly cool. It was a powerful moment, full of emotion.

A magical estate for an unforgettable wedding!

The Domaine de la Jarthe hosted our wedding and turned it into an incredible event.

We were overwhelmed by the elegance and refinement of the venue. The reception was held at the château (the perfect setting for the photo shoot), then at the Orangerie for the cocktail reception and dinner (for 220 guests). The evening was a huge success thanks to the quality of the sound and lighting installations. The accommodation is very comfortable and tastefully decorated (particularly the château and the gîte, which are magnificent).

A big thank you and well done to the team at the domain: François, Lucie and Gabriel, for their advice, their professionalism and their help in managing all the little problems. Thanks to you, all our guests left with stars in their eyes, and we'll be hearing about this wedding for a long time to come!

Incredible! This magical place moved us from the moment we first visited in February 2024 [...].

A daydream!

Incredible!

We were captivated by this magical place from our very first visit in February 2024, when the Orangerie and the Bergerie were being created and renovated. We fell in love with the château and the estate, a setting that allowed us to experience our wedding in a «bubble»: a daydream on 12 August 2025.

Everything is done with taste, attention and love. Our loved ones are unanimous: they experienced one of the most beautiful moments of their lives in a venue that knows how to sublimate every moment. François is incredible; he took our ideas with our masters of ceremonies and crafted moments that were even more magical than we imagined. He made our wishes come true! He's just like the place!
We strongly recommend that those reading our review book this place so as not to regret it later.

The estate is incredibly well and tastefully appointed. The size of the function room is perfect for small or large numbers of guests, the setting is stunning and there is plenty of sleeping accommodation on the estate.
What's more, the owner, who lives on the premises, is always on hand to help if needed. We recommend this place without a moment's hesitation: it's an enchanting place that's perfect for one of the most important days of your life!

The perfect setting for saying yes!
We were lucky enough to celebrate our wedding at Château de la Jarthe and it was simply magical.
The venue is splendid, a real dream setting, and we couldn't have imagined anything better for our big day. The welcome was incredibly kind, and we felt accompanied and pampered from start to finish. The rooms were superb and I felt like a real princess. They managed to retain the charm of the old while adding a touch of modernity, with great taste. A huge thank you for everything, we're leaving with unforgettable memories. I'll leave you to discover for yourself.
